Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer standard and expedited shipping across Canada. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping We ship to select countries worldwide, including the United Kingdom, European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and more. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. For EU and UK orders, applicable VAT is included in the displayed price.
Delivery Times
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
Artwork & Fragile Items All artwork and framed pieces are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at sales@fbhstudio.com.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
