I work out of my studio based in Vancouver, BC. and I'm primarily a painter who works in oils and icons in egg tempera. I make other handmade items as time allows, all for the Glory of God.

All available works are currently posted online, and new available works will be posted as they become available. For the Nativity, new items will be added.

I have formal training in classical style art including drawing, painting, illustration and design. I was also a photographer for 20+ years. All of my training and experience has helped shape me.

May the works I create with my hands sing His praises.

Art Studies: Emily Carr University, New York Academy of Art, Long Island Academy of Art

Byzantine Studies and continuing classes: with George Kordis and Cretan iconographer Antonis K and other iconographers as time allows. I have also taken classes at the Byzantine Music School.

My most treasured experience however, comes from visiting monasteries and sacred places such as Patmos, Aegina, Crete and Thessaloniki.

A Small Commitment 🕊️

The Apostles and early Christians shared all that they had with their community. We live in a time where there are a great many souls in need. These are our brothers and sisters. I will be donating a portion of all proceeds to help those in need.

This small commitment not only supports our local community but also enables me to continue creating works for the Glory of God. The remainder of the sales help to keep a roof over my head and food on my table. It gives me the ability to purchase supplies and enables me to dedicate more of my time to volunteering and helping in our community.

What is Orthodox Christianity?

The Orthodox Church is the original Church that was founded by Christ and His Apostles. It is a living continuation of the Apostolic faith and of Christ's teachings, sacraments and liturgy.

The Nicene Creed

I believe in one God, Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and of all things visible and invisible.

And in one Lord Jesus Christ, the only-begotten Son of God, begotten of the Father before all ages; Light of Light, true God of true God, begotten, not created, of one essence with the Father through Whom all things were made. Who for us men and for our salvation came down from heaven and was incarnate of the Holy Spirit and the Virgin Mary and became man. He was crucified for us under Pontius Pilate, and suffered and was buried; And He rose on the third day, according to the Scriptures. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father; And He will come again with glory to judge the living and the dead. His kingdom shall have no end.

And in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the Creator of life, Who proceeds from the Father, Who together with the Father and the Son is worshipped and glorified, Who spoke through the prophets.

I confess one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.

I look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the age to come.
