Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. 

We are unable to accept returns on commissions and any final sale items. These will be carefully marked on the product page so you are aware before purchase.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Handmade products  are made to order and take time to prepare and then ship to you. Products will typically ship within 5-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location, you will see an estimate at check out.

All products are handmade in Canada with the exception of the Mount Athos prayer ropes which are from Mount Athos, Greece.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
